Available Open Positions:
​
1) Hardwood Floor Installer, Sand & Finisher
Duration: Permanent position (First 3 months, probation)
Working Hours: Mon to Sun, 5 – 6 days, 9am to 6pm
Safe working environment, with good welfare and benefits
Location: 1 Sunview Road, Ecotech @Sunview, Singapore
Duties:
- Installing solid wood flooring / engineered wood flooring
- Sanding, refinishing
Requirements:
- Okay with weekends and shift hours
- Singaporeans/PR
- inexperienced also welcome; training will be provided

2) Project Coordinator
• Work closely with Sales / Project teams to coordinate pre-site work and at project/job site.
• Reporting to the Director on site activities, including schedule, design & delivery
.• Ensuring the projects is carried out within budget, schedule and quality expectation.
• Co-ordinate with clients and internal department for quotations and negotiation
.• Able to lead the operation team in the renovation work
• Liaise with landlords, management & clients
.• Maintain the working procedure and safety
.• Handle in project submission and interior work processes.
• Coordinate workers for the renovation work to final hand over to client
.• At least 3 years working experience, including renovations, planning and project coordination
.• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with various customers.

3) Sales Executive:
Our company specializes in serving architects, developers and interior design consultants and provides solutions in solid timber flooring, engineered wood flooring, staircase, wall cladding, ceiling, trellis, ornament designs and decking for commercial, residential, and development projects.
â–ºPioneer/Joo Koon work location
â–ºMon to Friâ–ºPrefer candidates with relevant experience in wood flooring solutions.
Responsibilities and Requirements
• Drive and develop sales in the Singapore market.
• Work closely with the management team to develop strategies to ensure that sales targets and budgets are achieved and exceeded
• Be resourceful in keeping abreast and identify industry news on leads and upcoming developments that provide potential sales opportunities.
• Proactively connect and build relationships with new and existing designers, architects and developers
• Actively develop new business through direct sales as well as leveraging on cross-selling and up-selling potential.
• To manage, drive and motivate the team to excel in their ability to achieve the desired sales results.
